Shipment and processing time

Shipping may depend on the item and location of warehouse since we are shipping from the U.S. and abroad warehouses. Domestic US warehouse 2-7 business days. Overseas warehouse delivery may take 5-17 business days after processing orders. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location of the warehouse where your item is being shipped from.

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days, but can ship as soon as same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders have 1 to 5 days for processing**. Estimated Delivery starts when your order ships.

**Shipping and handling depends on several factors not in our control such as  pandemic, wars, severe weather, etc.

An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at the second attempt, then the order comes back to our warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery.
